1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the bvv999 platform (accessible at bvv999.com and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and services), you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the bvv999 platform at the time of your use.

Age Verification Process

3 Account Registration & Security

Deposits

Withdrawals

Bonus Abuse

Systematic exploitation of bvv999 bonuses — including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, arbitrage strategies across accounts, or coordinated wagering designed to guarantee a profit regardless of game outcome — constitutes bonus abuse and is prohibited. bvv999 employs automated detection systems to identify such behaviour. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have their bonus funds confiscated and their account suspended pending review.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the bvv999 platform — including cricket betting markets, live casino tables, slot machines, Fisher arcade games, and Playtech Live content — are governed by these general Terms as well as individual game rules published within each game interface. By placing any wager you confirm acceptance of the applicable game rules.

Game Outcomes

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bvv999 platform — including but not limited to the bvv999 logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software code, promotional materials, and audio-visual content — is the exclusive property of bvv999 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bvv999 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any bvv999 content without prior written permission.
• Use the bvv999 brand name, logo, or any associated marks in any context without authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on bvv999 content or game mechanics.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the bvv999 platform on another website or application.

Game content provided by third-party providers such as Playtech is subject to those providers' own intellectual property rights. bvv999 operates under appropriate licensing agreements with all game content partners.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bvv999 and its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the bvv999 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of wagered funds resulting from game outcomes, whether expected or unexpected.

Where bvv999's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, the Company's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their bvv999 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

bvv999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at bvv999.com/privacy-policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

bvv999 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. 12 Account Suspension & Termination

bvv999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe.

Where an account is closed in circumstances not involving a terms breach by the player, any verified and unencumbered balance will be returned to the player via their most recently used PKR payment method within a reasonable processing period. Where closure follows a confirmed terms breach, bvv999 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and, where appropriate, forfeit bonus-derived funds.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your bvv999 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Pending wagers at the time of closure request will be settled according to their normal terms; any resulting balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.

13 Changes to These Terms
